Office Hours is Inner Lane's weekly track session. It is geared towards our athletes but open to everyone.
Inner Lane coaches provide the workout, iced coffee, water, electrolytes, and post-run snacks, and you bring the willingness to show up!
This week we are focused on preparing our athletes to run Chicago 13.1. The workout is a Base Pace run followed by strides.
Yoga, mobility & meditation starting at 7:30am
