Marina Holter

Marina believes deeply in the potential of every athlete, from first-time 5K runners to marathoners chasing PRs. Through personalized coaching, strength-focused programming, and a holistic approach to training, she helps runners build confidence, consistency, and long-term growth in the sport.

Abigail Newlon

Abigail is a coach, dancer and movement specialist who helps athletes build strength, endurance, and confidence through running. With backgrounds in dance, yoga, and kinesiology, she brings a movement-focused approach to coaching that blends strength, mobility, breathwork, and injury prevention.

Abbie Chaffin

Abbie is a people-first running coach and fitness instructor passionate about helping athletes build sustainable, lifelong relationships with running. A former soccer player and track athlete, she found endurance running after moving to Chicago and quickly became immersed in the city’s running community.
