Marina Holter

Founder & Lead Coach

Rooted in Running | Meet Marina

Running has been a constant throughout Marina's life, shaping her understanding of discipline, resilience, and self-trust.

Over the past five years, she has coached more than 100 athletes ranging from first-time 5K runners to ultramarathoners. Her coaching combines evidence-based endurance training, strength work, and mindfulness practices to help athletes grow both physically and mentally.

As Founder of Inner Lane, Marina is passionate about creating a coaching environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and connected throughout their journey.

The Inner Lane Approach | Coaching Style

I believe coaching is about more than building fitness. It's about helping athletes develop confidence, resilience, and trust in themselves through the training process.

Every athlete comes with a different background, goal, and relationship to running. My role is to meet you where you are, provide thoughtful guidance, and create a training approach that fits both your ambitions and your life.

At Inner Lane, we prioritize communication, consistency, and long-term growth. Whether you're training for your first 5K, chasing a marathon PR, or exploring new challenges in endurance sports, my goal is to help you become a stronger athlete while enjoying the process along the way
