Office Hours is Inner Lane’s weekly track session. Designed by our coaches for our athletes, but open to anyone who wants to train hard and build community.
We bring the workout essentials, including iced coffee, water, electrolytes, and snacks. You bring the willingness to show up.
This week’s session is a strength-focused interval workout: 600m hard with 200m float recoveries.
The goal is controlled but fast efforts, keeping recoveries steady rather than full jogs. Smooth pacing and relaxed form are the priority, helping you build strength and efficiency while maintaining rhythm under fatigue.
