We bring the workout essentials, including iced coffee, water, electrolytes, and snacks. You bring the willingness to show up.
800s are one of the most versatile workouts in running. They build grit, sharpen pacing, and boost endurance for any race distance.
For marathoners, today’s session is part of the build toward our iconic end-of-block workout: Yassos. It’s a chance to push your limits and refine your pacing under fatigue.
