Itinerary:
6:00 AM – Meet at Ethos
6:15–6:30 AM – Long run start ROUTE TBD
8:30–9:30 AM – Runners return to Ethos (earlier finishers can start with sauna/cold plunge)
8:45, 9:30, 10:15 AM – Recovery sessions (athletes choose two 45-minute blocks)
11:00 AM – Event ends
