This week’s session:
1200m repeats with 400m recovery
There’s something incredibly effective (and visually satisfying) about a 3/4 interval.
The 1200s give you time to lock into pace and feel rhythm, while the 400m recovery gives just enough bounce to come back strong.
We’ll focus on consistency, pacing, and staying smooth under fatigue.
