Office Hours is Inner Lane’s weekly track session. Designed by our coaches for our athletes, but open to anyone who wants to train hard and build community.
We bring the workout essentials, including iced coffee, water, electrolytes, and snacks. You bring the willingness to show up.
400m Repeats is a speed-focused workout: hard efforts with near-full recovery in between, designed to sharpen leg turnover, build confidence at faster paces, and make race pace feel more comfortable.
Whether you’re training for a marathon, building speed for shorter races, or want to mix up your running, this is a high-energy session that will push you in the best way.
