Office Hours is Inner Lane’s weekly track session, designed by our coaches and open to all.
This week’s session is a blend of rhythm, grit, and late-race sharpening:
• 4 x 1 mile @ half marathon pace
• 2 min standing recovery between each rep
Option to add:
• 800m jog into 4 x 200m to practice turning over tired legs!
We’ll focus on holding steady efforts, staying smooth under fatigue, and closing strong.
💡 Pro tip: This is a great workout to practice fueling. Try taking a gel after your warm-up or first interval.
