Office Hours is Inner Lane’s weekly track session, designed by our coaches and open to all.
This week’s workout is a pyramid of 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1000, 800, 600, a crescendo of effort with pacing that ranges from 10K to half-marathon. We’ll work up in distance, then descend with increasing pace as the intervals shorten. Recoveries will vary to match the intensity.
We’re also welcoming Kasey from Ethos Training to the track for a sports acupuncture experience!
Kasey will share how acupuncture can support injury prevention, recovery, and peak performance during race season and will offer short treatment demos, including quick needling, gua sha, and cupping.
Expect good effort, good vibes, and expert recovery support!
We’ll bring the iced coffee, water, electrolytes, and snacks. You bring the willingness to show up.
