Office Hours is Inner Lane's weekly track session. It is geared towards our athletes but open to everyone.
Inner Lane coaches provide the workout, iced coffee, water, electrolytes, and post-run snacks, and you bring the willingness to show up!
This week the workout is a MILE TIME TRIAL! This is a celebration of effort, community, and seeing what you're made of in over 1609 meters. Whether you're aiming for a PR, testing your fitness, or showing up to learn more about Inner Lane, we can't wait to spend the morning with you.
Please fill out this short form so we can organize heats based on your availability and estimated pace. The evening will be divided into two time blocks (6–7 & 7–8 AM), and we’ll place you in the heat that best fits your current mile time.
