Office Hours is Inner Lane's weekly track session. It is geared towards our athletes but open to everyone.
Inner Lane coaches provide the workout, iced coffee, water, electrolytes, and post-run snacks, and you bring the willingness to show up!
The workout this week is 200m repeats at top-end speed! This workout is geared towards preparing our athletes for their mile time trial next week!
