Create balance in your body so you can keep running strong, all with the help of a foam roller. This 60-minute class, designed and led by physical therapist Mary Buzzard, blends mobility work, core activation, and accessory strength with the structure and energy of a group class.

You’ll leave feeling better in your body, more connected to your movement, and supported by a recovery routine you can stick with.
