Office Hours is Inner Lane’s weekly track session. Designed by our coaches for our athletes, but open to anyone who wants to train hard and build community.
We bring the workout, iced coffee, water, electrolytes, and snacks. You bring the willingness to show up.
This week’s session is 2000m repeats with 400m recovery, a big strength builder.
Whether you’re building endurance or learning to hold pace for the long haul, this workout develops rhythm, mental toughness, and confidence over longer efforts. Focus on even splits and staying smooth through the finish of each rep.
